About Jeffco
Jeffco was established in 1965 by “Red” Harrison in Advance, North Carolina, right in the heart of furniture country. Mr. Harrison’s passion for quality and innovation led to Jeffco’s becoming a successful and well-respected player in the commerical furniture industry, and especially the beauty segment.
That Jeffco tradition continued for many years under the leadership of Red’s son, Jeff Harrison. Desirous of perpetuating the company’s rich history, Jeff joined Jeffco’s assets and capabilities with those of Collins Manufacturing Company on September 1, 2010. Like Jeffco, Collins is a family owned company with traditional core values.
Collins Manufacturing Company is one of the nation’s leading manufacturers of salon & barber equipment and furnishings. The company owns-operates a manufacturing and warehouse facility in Cookeville, TN with 107,000 square feet and operates an Advance, NC facility with 35,000 square feet.
Collins and Jeffco have outside sales offices and independent distributors that represent the companies throughout the United States and Caribbean.
