Shipping
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please contact us for product delivery dates.
Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.

Upon order confirmation, it will usually take 5-7 business days for you to receive your shipment.
We DO NOT accept orders nor do we ship outside the United States.
Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with an item and wish to return or exchange it, please refer to the manufacturer's policies and call Wholesale Salon Equipment within 30 days of product delivery.
Customers returning product will be given a return merchandise authorization, or RMA number which must be clearly visible on the product packaging for all returns. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number on the packaging.
Please ensure that returned product is correctly packaged in original packaging. Customer is responsible for returned freight costs, unless product arrived defective. Credit will be issued following inspection at receipt, minus freight fees.

The Simulator is probably the most innovative piece of salon equipment that has been developed for beauty schools in years. The Simulator enables a student to work on mannequin heads in the exact same position and attitude as real customers. It makes it easier to learn how to work out of a mirror, and how to use the chair … all in relation to the customer.
As an added benefit, the mannequin head clamp no longer has to be fastened on the work suface at an awkward height and in poor relation to the mirror.
The #S02 Simulator attaches to the chair like a headrest and can be added to existing chairs as well.
